Delivered
This platform was built by RÜM Intelligence for Ohana Design & Build — a shared studio to create, refine, and share interactive client presentations with protected links, media, and BIM models. Platform v1.1 is the final delivered version and is live in production.
01 What this platform is for
ODB Platform is the production home for Ohana’s client pitch decks and studio tools.
- ODB Studio — edit presentations: videos, site, plans, process, investment, share links, and more.
- ODB Pitch Deck — client-facing scrollytelling presentations opened through protected links.
- Revit plugin (ODB Architecture) — export RUM1B geometry from Revit 2026 and publish models into Studio.

04 Terms · host & domain
Please read these clarifications before relying on this URL in a corporate network.
- Delivery status: Platform v1.1 is the final delivered version and is running in production for Ohana Design & Build.
- Official domain: odb-platform.com — registered through 2027-07-04. This is the only production host for ODB Studio and client pitch-deck links. Prefer this domain over temporary or IP-based URLs.
- SSL: HTTPS is served with a valid certificate for odb-platform.com. Always open the site over https://.
- Newer domain: because odb-platform.com is relatively new, some company networks may block it at first (firewall, DNS filter, Cisco Umbrella “Newly Seen Domains,” or browser security). Ask IT to allowlist odb-platform.com if it does not load on a work machine.
- Software & IP: Studio, Pitch Deck runtime components, and RUM1B encoders are proprietary to RÜM Intelligence. Ohana retains ownership of project content, Revit models, and uploaded media.
- Revit plugin license: the Windows installer includes a limited EULA for ODB Architecture — no redistribution or reverse engineering. Full acknowledgments ship in the installer’s legal folder.
